This collaboration is particularly welcome in the path towards ICCA’s XXVIIIth Congress, hosted by the AAA-ICDR® and CalArb, in San Francisco in May 2028.

ICCA is pleased to announce the release of a new Practical Insights module, developed in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer, on the right to a physical hearing in international arbitration. The module is authored by Giacomo Rojas Elgueta, James Hosking, and Yasmine Lahlou, and edited by Kiran Nasir Gore, Joshua Karton, Simon Greenberg, and Fan Yang.

ICCA is pleased to announce the theme for the next ICCA Congress: “International Arbitration: Local, Global or Both?”. The 27th ICCA Congress, to be held from 12-15 April 2026, will be hosted in Madrid by the Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje (CEIA).

The 2024 volume is available in print as well as online in the KluwerArbitration database.

ICCA is pleased to announce that the ICCA-Guillermo Aguilar-Alvarez Memorial Prize is now open for entries for its third edition. The winner of the Prize will be invited to the ICCA Congress in Madrid in April 2026 and will receive funding to attend the event.
