Meet the Panellists for ICCA 2026 Madrid
On behalf of the 2026 Programme Committee Co-Chairs, Samaa Haridi, Vladimir Pavić, and Tom Sikora, ICCA is pleased to share the full list of panellists for the 27th ICCA Congress, set to take place in Madrid from 12-15 April 2026.
Asked about the selection process, the Co-Chairs commented:
“We were thrilled by the enthusiastic response to the call for speakers and impressed by the quality of the proposals we received. The panels at ICCA 2026 Madrid reflect the richness of contemporary arbitration practice, engaging with both local perspectives and cross-border issues, and we are confident the discussions will be dynamic, thought-provoking, and highly relevant to practitioners navigating an increasingly complex landscape.”
ICCA 2026 Madrid will focus on the theme “International Arbitration: Local, Global or Both?”. The Congress will cover a range of subjects, such as the interplay between established local practices and the growing importance of universal soft law standards, arbitration as a stabilizing force in today’s geopolitical landscape, the impact of sanctions on arbitration proceedings, arbitration in the age of space commerce, how to strengthen the perceived legitimacy of arbitration across the globe, and much more.
