March 2011 saw the launch of Young ICCA's new Mentoring Programme -- with the participation of ICCA Members acting as Mentors. Around 60 young practitioners from across the globe will benefit from the mentoring of ICCA Members and from Young ICCA “buddies” sharing their experiences, for a period of 2 years. Participants will exchange information on arbitration know-how, arbitration practice and career advice.
