ICCA Announces Bidding Schedule to Host 2030 ICCA Congress
ICCA is pleased to announce the bidding schedule for the hosting of the XXIXth ICCA Congress that will take place in 2030.
The schedule is as follows:
- 12 November 2025: prospective hosts submit a detailed outline of their candidacy for pre-qualification screening to the ICCA Bureau;
- 12 January 2026: the ICCA Executive Body informs prospective hosts on the pre-qualification decision;
- 12 March 2026: prospective hosts submit final bids;
- 12 April 2026: prospective hosts present bids to the ICCA Governing Board at the Governing Board Meeting in Madrid. The Board votes and the successful bid is selected.
We note that the ICCA Congress Bidding Guidelines have recently been updated; any parties interested in hosting the 2030 ICCA Congress should ensure that their bids meet the requirements specified in the updated Bidding Guidelines. The updated Congress Bidding Guidelines are available here.
