ICCA Drafting Sourcebook now open for comments
ICCA is pleased to announce that the ICCA Drafting Sourcebook for Logistical Matters in Procedural Orders – Kigali Special Edition 2025 is now open for comments from ICCA Members and ICCA-KIAC Conference delegates.
We invite all ICCA Members and delegates of the ICCA-KIAC Conference to review the document and submit feedback by 31 July 2025 via email to bureau@arbitration-icca.org.
Launched in conjunction with the ICCA-KIAC Rwanda Conference in June, the Kigali Special Edition of the ICCA Sourcebook represents the latest update to ICCA’s evolving collection of practical tools for participants in arbitral proceedings.
The ICCA Drafting Sourcebook is a collection of draft clauses addressing logistical aspects of arbitral proceedings — matters that tend not to be addressed by arbitration rules and laws — for users to consider, copy or adapt for use. Developed by a Drafting Committee representing regions from around the globe, the Sourcebook aims to make the language of procedural orders available to a wider audience worldwide.
We encourage you to take this opportunity to engage with the Sourcebook, contribute your views, and help shape its next iteration, which will be presented at the ICCA Madrid 2026 Congress.
