Now available: 2016 ICCA Yearbook Commercial Arbitration

The 2016 Yearbook Commercial Arbitration is now available through KluwerArbitration.com. Including 104 decisions posted online during the course of 2016, as well as new materials such as eight unpublished awards from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) and the Paris International Arbitration Chamber (CAIP), the 2016 Yearbook is an invaluable resource.

The volume contains a total of 104 court decisions; 96 of these decisions (including 49 translations into English), apply the 1958 New York Convention.

It is with sadness and gratitude that we reflect on the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Carlos Nehring who passed away on 26 March 2024 at the age of 89.

Rapporteurs will monitor and regularly report on court decisions within the relevant jurisdiction.

As ICCA begins to look forward to what is to come in 2024, with the ICCA Hong Kong Congress at the forefront, I take this opportunity to reflect on all that ICCA has achieved over the course of 2023, my first year as ICCA President.
