ICCA presents the Thai translation of its Guide to the interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention

The 23rd translation of ICCA's Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention is now available online, both on our website and on KluwerArbitration.com.

The Guide is a pocket-sized handbook on the essential aspects of the scope, interpretation and application of the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. It has proven to be a useful resources for judges determining applications under the Convention, practitioners and students alike.

It is with sadness and gratitude that we reflect on the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Carlos Nehring who passed away on 26 March 2024 at the age of 89.

Rapporteurs will monitor and regularly report on court decisions within the relevant jurisdiction.
