Preparations underway for the second ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages Seminar

On 15 November 2017, the ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages in International Arbitration (Task Force), co-chaired by Catherine Amirfar and Gabrielle Nater-Bass, will convene at the HKIAC to present a second seminar on damages, the ICCA-ASIL-HKIAC Seminar on Damages.

The Task Force, which is comprised of leading legal and economics experts from diverse jurisdictions across the globe, aims to develop a damages tool of practical application. As with the first Seminar on Damages, held in Washington DC in April 2017, participants will be invited to assist the Task Force in identifying legal and policy gaps and inconsistencies and to comment on the Task Force’s work to date.

The seminar is open to all interested participants. For registration information, click here.
