New York Convention Roadshow heads to Seychelles and Mauritius

New York Convention Roadshow heads to Seychelles on 10 August and Mauritius on 13-14 August. Building on the success of the widely acclaimed inaugural ICCA New York Convention Roadshow, which took place in Mauritius in May 2012, the workshops will consist of presentations and interactive discussions with local judges, magistrates and attorneys. It is with sadness and gratitude that we reflect on the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Carlos Nehring who passed away on 26 March 2024 at the age of 89.

Rapporteurs will monitor and regularly report on court decisions within the relevant jurisdiction.

As ICCA begins to look forward to what is to come in 2024, with the ICCA Hong Kong Congress at the forefront, I take this opportunity to reflect on all that ICCA has achieved over the course of 2023, my first year as ICCA President.
