ICCA Updates Congress Bidding FAQs and Guidelines

ICCA has released an updated version of its Congress Bidding Frequently Asked Questions document, which is now available on the ICCA website. The revised FAQs are designed to support prospective hosts by providing practical guidance and logistical information as they prepare bids to host the XXIXth ICCA Congress, to be held in 2030.

The bidding process for the 2030 Congress is currently underway, with pre-qualification bids due by 12 November 2025. ICCA Congresses aim to strengthen the practice of international arbitration in the host country.

In addition, the Congress Bidding Guidelines have been slightly revised to reflect updated pricing for the ICCA Congress Book (see Annex A).
