- Céline Greenberg is head of international arbitration at Franklin in Paris. She serves as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations, and in arbitration-related proceedings before French courts (recognition or enforcement of arbitral awards, annulment proceedings, etc.) across a variety of sectors including energy, transport, defense, aerospace, distribution and franchising.
Céline spent nearly half of her career in the magic circle. - David is a former Senior Clerk at Essex Court Chambers in London and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of David Grief International Consultancy (“DGIC”). Upon his retirement as a barrister’s clerk, David was famously described by The Times newspaper in the United Kingdom as being “a giant among clerks”.

- Sarah is a full-time Arbitrator Member at Twenty Essex. She has over 20 years of experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. She currently sits as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in arbitrations under the auspices of the PCA, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and SIAC. From 2016 to 2022, Sarah served as Secretary-General of the HKIAC during which time it was ranked the third most preferred institution in the world. Prior to that, she spent a decade at the PCA where she administered inter-State, investor-State, and contractual disputes involving public entities. Sarah has also worked at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris and prior to that in private practice.

- Douglas Harrison is an independent international commercial arbitrator and mediator. He also acts as legal counsel in select matters, including designing arbitral procedures and enforcing arbitral awards. He has acted as a presiding arbitrator, as a party-appointed arbitrator and as a sole arbitrator in ICDR, ICDR Canada, SCC, NADAP and ad hoc arbitrations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals as both an arbitrator and mediator (Global Panel, Product Liability Panel and Pro Bono Panel), and is on the arbitration rosters of ICDR Canada and ICC Canada, among others. He is a Co-Chair of the University Tribunal of the University of Toronto.
