Peter Chow is an international arbitrator and arbitration advocate. He has substantial experience with high-stakes, complex international disputes globally.

Prior to practising as an independent arbitrator and counsel, Peter was a partner at three US international law firms, namely, King & Spalding (Singapore), Squire Patton Boggs (Hong Kong), and Bryan Cave (Hong Kong). He has held various leadership roles, including global head of Greater China disputes practice, head of Asia disputes practice, and head of office.

He has been involved in arbitrations in Asia for over 30 years and is one of the most experienced arbitration lawyers in Asia. Peter has represented clients in some of the largest arbitrations in Asia, including five cases involving multi-billion US dollar claims.

Antoine Cremona is a Partner at Ganado Advocates, regularly representing clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings particularly in corporate disputes with a special focus on shareholder disputes, construction contracts and cross-border proceedings.

Antoine also has significant experience in public procurement and construction law and regularly assists employers, engineers and contractors in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts modelled on FIDIC and other main industry forms of contract.

He is a senior lecturer in international commercial arbitration at the University of Malta and participates regularly in practice groups relating to dispute resolution, construction and public procurement law.
