Christopher Gerardi is a vice president at CRA based in Washington, DC. He has more than 30 years’ experience providing economic, financial, and accounting advisory services to companies, legal counsel, regulatory authorities and tribunals involved in transactions, investigations and disputes. An internationally recognized quantum expert, he has expertise in matters relating to intellec-tual property, ITC investigations, and a wide array of commercial litigation and international arbitra-tion. He has worked on trade secret and patent disputes in many industries, among them aerospace, autonomous and electric vehicles, (petro)chemicals, energy (traditional and renewable), life sciences, and software and information engineering. She has represented States and investors in more than 30 investment treaty arbitrations, including the Hellenic Republic in an ICSID arbitration concluding in 2016 with a landmark award dismissing all claims for lack of jurisdiction over sovereign bonds.

She received a Ph.D. and venia legendi et docendi (Habilitation) in public international law from the University of Vienna. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Vienna where she teaches seminars in international dispute settlement and international responsibility, and has also been a visiting professor at the University of Paris X (Nanterre).

Mr. Constantine Partasides QC has appeared as counsel on some of the largest commercial arbitrations of the last decade, many of which relate to the energy sector.
