- Oscar Carlo F. Cajucom is the 2023-2024 Leiden University Fellow to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, serving in the said institution as Assistant Legal Counsel. He graduated with Highest Distinction (Summa Cum Laude) from Leiden University’s Master of Laws (LLM) on Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration (IDSA) in 2023. He was one of the finalists for Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year in the Philippine Law Awards 2021 and 2022 (Asian Legal Business) and is a Recommended Lawyer in Dispute Resolution by The Legal 500 in 2022.

- MARINN CARLSON is an independent arbitrator, building on 25 years’ experience in investor-state and international commercial arbitrations. Prior to launching her arbitrator practice, she was co-leader of Sidley Austin LLP’s Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy practice, where she was a partner specializing in investment treaty arbitration and represented claimant investors and respondent states in roughly equal measure. She is an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University Law School and American University's Washington College of Law, and on the Executive Committee of FIAA. - Panagiotis Chalkias is an Associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice and is based in Geneva.
