- Balz Gross has published articles on court and arbitration proceedings, fraud and money laundering, recovery of assets and liability in tort. His thesis focused on liability of the state. In particular, he is a co-author of the commentary on Swiss cartel law (section on procedure), of the commentary on the former Swiss federal act on jurisdiction and enforcement (section on contracts), the commentary on articles 68 to 96 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (relating to performance) and the commentary on the new Swiss Federal Act on Civil Procedure (section intervention, joinder, litis denuntiatio).

- Prof. Dr. Bernard Hanotiau is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars. He is a founding partner of Hanotiau & van den Berg. Since 1978, he has been actively involved in more than 500 international arbitration cases as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman, sole arbitrator, counsel and expert in all parts of the world. He is professor emeritus of the law school of Louvain University (Belgium). He is a member of the Council of the ICC Institute and a member of the ICC International Arbitration Commission. He is also a former vice-president of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration (Dallas) and a former vice-president of the LCIA Court. He is a member of the Court of Arbitration of SIAC and a former Vice-President of the Governing Board of DIAC (Dubai).
