Ali Malek KC is a leading barrister in England and Wales specialising in all aspects of commercial law. Judge Mai Matar obtained her law degree from University of Bahrain (2006) and holds LLM in International dispute resolution from the university of London (2013). Marcus is head of the Dispute Resolution Department, with extensive experience of complex national and cross-border litigation and arbitration in a number of areas of civil and commercial law, including shipping and aviation.
