- Bartosz Krużewski is an advocate, a partner at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance and the head of the litigation practice in Warsaw and Continental Europe. - Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and at public institutions. Judith has sat as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in disputes at the ICC, PCA, ICSID, SIAC, ACICA, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC and CAS.
