- TIM EICKE was Judge of the European Court of Human Rights elected in respect of the United Kingdom until September 2025. A dual-British/German national, he studied law at the Universities of Passau and Dundee. In 2017, he received an Honorary doctorate from the University of Dundee.
Tim was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 2011. In practice, Tim was considered one of the leading advocates at the Bar of England and Wales, focusing on international and domestic disputes involving public international, European Union, International Human Rights and Public and Constitutional Law. - Mr Fagbohunlu is a partner and head of the Litigation, Arbitration and ADR Practice Group in Aluko & Oyebode. He regularly acts as counsel to Nigerian as well as foreign and multinational clients in Ad Hoc and institutional arbitrations, and has served as arbitrator in several cases, including arbitrations administered by the ICC and the LCIA. Mr Fagbohunlu has also served on the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Committee on the Reform and Harmonization of Arbitration/ADR Laws. He co-authored the book “Arbitration in Africa: A Review of Key Jurisdictions” published by Sweet and Maxwell in 2016.

- Dr. Fan serves as the Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC). He has extensive knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region and is an experienced arbitrator. Over 200 arbitration proceedings have been conducted with him as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator under the rules of UNCITRAL, CAS, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB, CIETAC, etc.
Besides commercial arbitration, Dr. Fan has extensive experience in sports dispute resolution. He is a panel arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Council Member of the China Court of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS). He chaired the Arbitration Commission of the Chinese Football Association between 2019 and 2023 and served on the ad hoc panel of the 19th Asian Games that took place in Hangzhou in 2023.

- Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he heads the Arbitration group and the Sports law sector. He is also the President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. He has some 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved in more than 260 arbitrations. Among various positions in arbitration associations, Xavier is the Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of some 80 books and articles. He has lectured at several universities (Switzerland, France) on arbitration and contract law.

- Craig is one of British Columbia’s most accomplished litigation lawyers and acts for clients in commercial and business disputes.
