- With 24 years of arbitration experience, Prof. de Benito arbitrates international disputes in a variety of sectors. He specializes in cases with complex procedural aspects (multiple parties, different legal systems) and complex substantive aspects (different governing laws, difficult issues of statutory or contractual interpretation).
Prof. de Benito holds the Jean Monnet Chair in European Civil Procedure at IE University, where he teaches comparative civil procedure and international arbitration.
He is a member of the International Association of Procedural Law and the ICC Institute of World Business Law, and a delegate to the ICC Arbitration & ADR Commission.

- Dirk De Meulemeester is a Belgian international arbitrator and tribunal chair with more than 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. He has acted as arbitrator and counsel in well over 100 domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
He regularly serves as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in complex international commercial disputes, including M&A and corporate, construction and infrastructure, energy, banking and finance, technology and industrial disputes.
His experience includes proceedings under the ICC, CEPANI, Swiss Rules, ICSID, NAI and WIPO Rules, as well as ad hoc proceedings, involving a broad range of substantive and procedural laws from civil-law and common-law jurisdictions.
He is a Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and visiting professor at Leiden University.

- Maria Beatrice Deli was admitted to the Italian Bar – Rome in 2000 and later admitted to the Italian Supreme Court in 2020. She is Professor of International Law since 1992 currently serving at the Universitas Mercatorum in Rome.
Her areas of expertise include international law (public and private), international commercial and investment arbitration law and complex litigation, acting as counsel and arbitrator. As counsel, Professor Deli spent 15 years in the international department of a major Italian law firm, where she gained extensive experience with foreign-based clients in a wide range of commercial disputes across a variety of industries. Since 2011 Maria Beatrice is Secretary General of AIA. From 2013 to 2021 she was Secretary General of ICC Italy. From 2016 to 2021, she was a member of the Council of the Milan Chamber.

- Dr. Kabir Duggal serves as Senior Fellow and Advisor at the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration (CICIA) at Columbia Law School and is a Lecturer-in-Law at Columbia Law School. He is also a Partner in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. - Elodie Dulac is a partner in King & Spalding international arbitration group in Singapore, where she has been based for over 15 years. Elodie specialises in international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and public international law. She typically acts on Asia-related cases, with particular expertise in energy, mining, joint venture/shareholder disputes as well as disputes involving States and State-owned entities. Further, she has particular experience of Asia-Africa disputes. - TIM EICKE was Judge of the European Court of Human Rights elected in respect of the United Kingdom until September 2025. A dual-British/German national, he studied law at the Universities of Passau and Dundee. In 2017, he received an Honorary doctorate from the University of Dundee.
Tim was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 2011. In practice, Tim was considered one of the leading advocates at the Bar of England and Wales, focusing on international and domestic disputes involving public international, European Union, International Human Rights and Public and Constitutional Law. Tim has particular expertise in cases involving the conflict and/or the inter-relationship and interaction between different legal systems and jurisdictions.
