Brooks Daly is an American attorney and arbitrator based in the Netherlands. He has served as an arbitrator under the ICSID Convention, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Arbitration Rules, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules, and the ICC Arbitration Rules. Dirk De Meulemeester is a member of the Brussels bar and the Paris bar (till 2017). He established an arbitration boutique law firm in Brussels, DMDB Law. For over 25 years he has been actively involved in both national and international arbitration as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman, sole arbitrator, counsel and expert under various procedural and substantive laws. He is frequently appointed by ICC, CEPANI, the Swiss Chambers, WIPO, NAI and the Belgian Courts of First Instance. He acted as counsel in investment arbitrations under Uncitral and ICISD. Maria Beatrice Deli was admitted to the Italian Bar – Rome in 2000 and later admitted to the Italian Supreme Court in 2020. She is Professor of International Law since 1992 currently serving at the Universitas Mercatorum in Rome.
Her areas of expertise include international law (public and private), international commercial and investment arbitration law and complex litigation, acting as counsel and arbitrator. As counsel, Professor Deli spent 15 years in the international department of a major Italian law firm, where she gained extensive experience with foreign-based clients in a wide range of commercial disputes across a variety of industries. Since 2011 Maria Beatrice is Secretary General of AIA. From 2013 to 2021 she was Secretary General of ICC Italy. From 2016 to 2021, she was a member of the Council of the Milan Chamber.
