- Brooks Daly is an American attorney and arbitrator based in the Netherlands. He has served as an arbitrator under the ICSID Convention, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Arbitration Rules, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules, and the ICC Arbitration Rules.
