- Michael is a Senior Counsel in Ireland who is also a member of a number of other Bars including England and New York where he worked in 1980-1981 with Shearman & Sterling (now A&O Shearman). He is a door tenant in Monckton Chambers, London. He practises in the fields of international and domestic arbitration, commercial litigation and EU law. He appears regularly before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Ireland and the Court of Justice of the EU. - Prof. Dr. Nayla Comair-Obeid is the Founding Partner of Obeid & Partners where she heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice.
