- Matthew is a senior foreign attorney (partner equivalent) in Kim & Chang’s international arbitration and cross-border litigation practice group. He is recognised as one of the top dispute resolution practitioners in Korea by Chambers Asia-Pacific (Band 1), WWL (Thought Leader in Arbitration and Construction) and Legal 500, and received a special commendation for his contributions to international arbitration in Korea from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) in 2015.
