- Man Sing Yeung is a practicing arbitrator, mediator and lawyer in Hong Kong. He is accredited as a chartered arbitrator, chartered quantity surveyor and accredited mediator/adjudicator. He has been involved in alternative dispute resolution services with emphasis on construction and international trade.
Mr Yeung was the former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch), and the HKIAC - Hong Kong Mediation Council. - Pedro Zelaya received his JD in 1986 from the University of Chile and a Ph.D. in 1992 from the U. of Navarra, Spain. Since 1993, he has been a Professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile and in other relevant institutions. He was a visiting scholar at Oxford Law Faculty (1991) and at Fordham Law School at Lincoln Center (NYC) from 2012 to 2013.
