- Lawrence Schaner serves as an arbitrator in international and domestic cases. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration, and Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches international arbitration. Until April 2017, he was a partner and co-chair of the international arbitration practice at Jenner & Block. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School (JD) and Duke University (BA). He is a member of the bars of California, Illinois and New York.

- Stephan W. Schill is General Editor of ICCA Publications, the Yearbook Commercial Arbitration, and the ICCA Awards Series. He is Professor of International and Economic Law and Governance at the University of Amsterdam, specializing in international investment law and investor-State dispute settlement and its connections to general public international law, specialized international legal regimes, such as human rights or international environmental law, regional economic integration, as well as domestic administrative and constitutional law and international commercial arbitration. He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt to the bar in Germany and as an Attorney-at-Law in the State of New York, is a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, and regularly sits as arbitrator in investor-State proceedings under all major institutional and ad hoc rules. - Dr Matthew Secomb is a partner in White & Case’s International Arbitration Group in Singapore and heads the group in the Asia Pacific. Matthew specializes in international commercial arbitration with a focus on construction and energy-related disputes. - Prof. Dr Selim started off his career as a Public Prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor General of Egypt, then a civil Judge, until he joined Zulficar & Partners Law Firm in 2009, as a leading member of its Arbitration Group and where he was promoted to Partner in 2013. Further, in May 2015, He joined Nour and Selim in association with Al Tamimi and Company as Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, Cairo. In parallel to his former judicial career, Dr Selim was seconded to the CRCICA from 2003 until 2007 where he acted as Legal Advisor.
He has been constantly appointed as Presiding arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator and has acted as a Counsel under various rules such as CRCICA, ICC, DIAC DIFC-LCIA, ADCCAC, BCDR, UNCITRAL, CAS, Swiss Rules and CIMAC.

- Dr. Jingxia Shi is a professor (international business & economic law) at School of Law, Renmin University of China (RUC). Previously she was a professor and the former Dean (04/2014-09/2019) at School of Law, China University of International Business & Economics (UIBE). She has been retaining extensive research interests in the areas of international investment and trade law, as well as cross-border insolvency, with abundant publications both in English and Chinese.
Professor Shi earned her B.A & LL.B in 1992, Ph.D in International Law (1998) from Wuhan University, China. She also holds LL.M degree (2007) and J.S.D degree (2011) from Yale Law School. She joined the UIBE law faculty in August 1998 and moved to RUC in July 2021. A member of New York Bar since June 2011, Chinese Bar Association since 2001.
