- Gautam is dual-qualified in India and England, and is a veteran with nearly two decades of wide-ranging experience in offshore maritime & shipping, insurance, environment, international trade, oil & gas, energy, commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Gautam has acted for various large banks, shipowners, PSUs, oil companies and insurers in high-stakes and complex cross-border litigation and arbitration. He has been advising and representing domestic and international clients from a variety of jurisdictions including the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia.
Gautam has represented one of the world's largest shipping companies in its joint venture dispute before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and has been regularly representing clients at the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC)

- Disputes lawyer with more than 35 years' experience in international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, and constitutional law. Acted as counsel or served as arbitrator in international arbitrations involving disputes in energy, transportation, telecommunications, international distribution and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, construction, pharmaceuticals, and foreign investment. A former co-chair of the IBA’s Arbitration Committee (2008-2009), he has served on the LCIA Court (2010-2015), of which he was a vice-president (2011-2015), the ICC International Court of Arbitration (2015-2021), and is currently a member of the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC). He was appointed to ICSID’s Panel of Arbitrators in 2021 and elected to ICCA’s Governing Board in 2024.

- Andrea K. Bjorklund is Associate Dean (Graduate Studies), as well as a Full Professor and the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law, at McGill University Faculty of Law. She is an adviser to the American Law Institute’s project on restating the U.S. law of international commercial arbitration, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of the Investment Treaty Forum of the British Institute for International and Comparative Law. She is an active arbitrator and expert on both commercial and investment arbitration matters. Professor Bjorklund has a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A. in French Studies from New York University, and a B.A. (with High Honors) in History and French from the University of Nebraska.
