- Gourab was designated a Senior Advocate in 2003 and specialises in arbitration and commercial litigation. He read law at Cambridge University, graduating with First Class Honours, and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 1990. He was appointed Additional Solicitor General of India in 2009.
He acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, as well as investment treaty-arbitrations. He has served as a co-arbitrator, as well as the Presiding Arbitrator of multi-member tribunals, administered under rules of ICSID, ICC, LCIA and SIAC, among others.
He is a member of the Expert Group on the Future Development of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. He is also the President of the Arbitration Bar of India, and the Chairman of the UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee for India.

- Chiann Bao is a Chartered arbitrator and CEDR-Accredited mediator. Tri-qualified in New York, England and Wales and Hong Kong, she has been appointed in nearly 100 ad hoc and institutional arbitrations totalling several USD billions in dispute. She is the Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and has held institutional leadership positions including as a vice president of the ICC Court of Arbitration and as Secretary General of the HKIAC.
