- Chiann Bao, of ArbBoutique, is a Chartered arbitrator and CEDR-Accredited mediator. Tri-qualified in New York, England and Wales and Hong Kong, she has been appointed in nearly 150 arbitrations totalling several USD billions in dispute. She is a past Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and has held institutional leadership positions including as a vice president of the ICC Court of Arbitration and as Secretary General of the HKIAC. Chiann has practiced in international law firms in New York and Hong Kong. She is one of the most highly ranked arbitrators in publications such as Who's Who Legal Arbitration's Global Elite Thought Leaders and Chambers and Partners' Most in Demand arbitrators (globally and regionally). - Dr Reza Beheshti is an academic, arbitrator, and commercial law specialist with particular expertise in international commercial law, contract law, sale of goods, conflict of laws, and international commercial arbitration.
Alongside his academic work, Dr Beheshti actively researches and teaches international commercial arbitration and has been appointed as arbitrator in several international commercial disputes.
