- JUSTICE NENE AMEGATCHER holds a Master of Laws Degree in Advanced Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He practised law in Ghana and also served as adjunct lecturer in ADR, Advocacy, and Legal Ethics at the Ghana School of Law from 1994 to 2018. Justice Amegatcher is a Past President of the Ghana Bar Association. He has also chaired the African Regional Forum of the IBA and Hub chair of the African Region for the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Justice Amegatcher once represented Ghana on the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration in Paris. - Domitille Baizeau is a partner at LALIVE, based in Geneva. She has been acting as counsel and arbitrator in arbitrations governed by civil law and common law and international law for more than 25 years, with a focus on joint venture, M&A, shareholders, sales and investment disputes in the energy (oil & gas, renewables), mining, finance and pharmaceutical sectors. - Dr Crina Baltag is Professor Assoc. (Docent) in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London. Previously she was Assoc. Professor in International Arbitration at Stockholm University. - James is the Past-President of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) and Past-President of the Southern Africa Development Community Lawyers Association (SADC-LA). He is also a former Council member of the International Bar Association. - Gourab Banerji is one of India's foremost arbitration practitioners, with an international presence and over three decades of experience as an arbitrator and counsel in complex cross-border and domestic disputes. A Senior Advocate, Barrister (Lincoln's Inn), and Overseas Associate of Essex Court Chambers, London, he has sat as presiding, sole, and party-appointed arbitrator under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICADR rules, including multiple appointments as Sole Arbitrator by the Supreme Court of India. He is enrolled in the panels of SIAC, DIAC, ADGM, and SACC. He has served as amicus curiae to the Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court on arbitration law. - Chiann Bao, of ArbBoutique, is a Chartered arbitrator and CEDR-Accredited mediator.
