Fabien Gélinas is a senior barrister and a full professor at McGill University, where he teaches international arbitration, and civil and common law contracts. A former Supreme Court law clerk, he holds a doctorate in law from the University of Oxford. Gélinas was formerly general counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and chair of the Canadian Arbitration Committee. He serves as arbitrator and tribunal chair in large international commercial and investment matters and occasionally serves as counsel. Gélinas sits on various boards as adviser or director.

Ben is a commercial disputes lawyer with a broad range of experience in litigation, mediation and expert determination, and he has particular expertise in international commercial arbitration.

He has advised clients on issues arising from contracts in many different industries, including oil & gas, LNG, renewables, construction, mining, technology, M&A, shipping and commodities. He has worked on disputes all over the world, including in Africa, Europe and the Gulf region. For seven years he was based in Singapore as the Head of Arbitration in Asia for an international law firm, and he worked on disputes across the Asia-Pacific, especially relating to India, South Korea, Japan, China and Australia.

She was a partner in the global law firm Allen & Overy for more than 25 years and was Head of the International Arbitration Group for 11 years. She moved to Singapore in September 2015 and joined Twenty Essex Chambers in Singapore in May 2018. Since May 2022 she practices exclusively as an independent arbitrator and has extensive experience in matters involving construction, energy contracts, manufacturing, distributorship agreements and other commercial agreements. She is the immediate past President of the LCIA Court. She was the second female solicitor-advocate to be appointed KC in England.

Céline Greenberg is head of international arbitration at Franklin in Paris.
