- Bartosz Krużewski is an advocate, a partner at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance and the head of the litigation practice in Warsaw and Continental Europe. He is one of the leading lawyers in Poland specializing in international arbitration, in particular arbitration proceedings based on investment treaties. - Dr. Thomas Legler is a partner and Head of Arbitration with PESTALOZZI Attorneys at Law Ltd in Geneva.
His practice focuses on representing clients as counsel in international and national arbitration and litigation, in particular in intellectual property and tech matters.
He also regularly sits as arbitrator under various Rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, DIS, Swiss Rules). - Since 1 January 2022, Niamh Leinwather has taken office as the new Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). Of Irish origin, Niamh has both a common and civil law background (Bachelor of Civil Law, University College Dublin, Mag.iur., University of Vienna, Master of European Studies, University of Vienna). - John C. Lenzen, FCIArb is a former coverage litigator, claims professional and in-house counsel with more than 25 years experience. His roles with ACE and later Chubb included General Counsel to several Bermuda insurance and reinsurance companies, General Counsel to and Head of Claims for Bermuda and Dublin, and 15 years as Worldwide Head of Litigation and Chief Litigation Counsel, Global Claims.

- Mr. William Leung, the founder of William KW Leung & Co (www.jwlw.com) in Hong Kong, has been a practicing solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR since 1988. - Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and at public institutions. Judith has sat as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in disputes at the ICC, PCA, ICSID, SIAC, ACICA, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC and CAS. Now based in Sydney, Judith worked for over a decade at the PCA in The Hague where, as Senior Legal Counsel, she administered some of the world’s most complex disputes. From 2003-2008, she practised in the arbitration group of White & Case in New York.
