- Frank Rossi is an EVP, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). He is responsible for the case management operations and business development of the AAA-ICDR, and has served as Treasurer of the AAA-ICDR Foundation. In addition, Frank spearheads the AAA’s Strategic Planning. He serves on the AAA’s Information Systems Steering Committee and has led AAA’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. He was was previously a director on the Board of the International Mediation Institute. Mr. Rossi has also managed State Insurance case operations, and Finance, IT, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Internal Audit, and Intake & Statistics departments at the AAA.

- Michele focuses on commercial and investment arbitration and international litigation. - Lawrence Schaner serves as an arbitrator in international and domestic cases. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration, and Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches international arbitration. Until April 2017, he was a partner and co-chair of the international arbitration practice at Jenner & Block. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School (JD) and Duke University (BA). He is a member of the bars of California, Illinois and New York.

- Professor Maxi Scherer is a Special Counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in London and a Professor of Law at Queen Mary University of London, where she holds the Chair for International Arbitration, Dispute Resolution and Energy Law. She has practiced international arbitration for more than 20 years and represented clients, served as arbitrator or legal expert in more than 120 commercial and investor-state arbitrations. She is Vice-President of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), a member of the Governing Board of International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), a co-chair of the IBA Investment Arbitration Subcommittee and holds many other public appointments and commissions of trust, including being a member of the panel of arbitrators (ICSID). Maxi has been regularly ranked by Who’s Who Legal, Chambers, The Legal 500, BestLawyer etc. as leading arbitration practitioner and is identified amongst the top “Global Elite Thought Leaders” in the field.
