He served in the U.S. State Department for nearly a decade, working on economic and natural resource diplomacy, and departed as the Chief of Investment Arbitration.
Patrick has successfully resolved claims involving billions of dollars. - Ira Paulo Pozon is a Philippine-qualified lawyer with an appreciation of the unique synergistic relationship that business and public policy have with the law. He has a distinctive appreciation of both civil and common legal systems, having studied in the Philippines and the UK.
He has a Bachelor's in International Studies, a Juris Doctor, an M.B.A., and a Masters of Law (LLM) with Merit in International Commercial Law. He was a Chevening UK Government Scholar and Chevening Regional Ambassador.
He is also an alum of the International Visitor Leadership Program conducted by the US State Department with a focus on U.S. Foreign Policy, an AsiaGlobal Fellow of the Asia Global Institute - University of Hong Kong, and a Senior Fellow in Public Service, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy - National University of Singapore.
