- Ms. Judith Gill is recognised as one of the leading practitioners in international arbitration. She was a partner in the global law firm Allen & Overy for more than 25 years and was Head of the International Arbitration Group for 11 years. She moved to Singapore in September 2015 and joined Twenty Essex Chambers in Singapore in May 2018. Since May 2022 she practices exclusively as an independent arbitrator and has extensive experience in matters involving construction, energy contracts, manufacturing, distributorship agreements and other commercial agreements. She is the immediate past President of the LCIA Court. She was the second female solicitor-advocate to be appointed KC in England.

- David is a former Senior Clerk at Essex Court Chambers in London and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of David Grief International Consultancy (“DGIC”). Upon his retirement as a barrister’s clerk, David was famously described by The Times newspaper in the United Kingdom as being “a giant among clerks”.
During his time at Essex Court Chambers, David has led the way in promoting the English Bar on the international stage and has travelled extensively around the world to grow and maintain client relationships. - Balz Gross has published articles on court and arbitration proceedings, fraud and money laundering, recovery of assets and liability in tort. His thesis focused on liability of the state. In particular, he is a co-author of the commentary on Swiss cartel law (section on procedure), of the commentary on the former Swiss federal act on jurisdiction and enforcement (section on contracts), the commentary on articles 68 to 96 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (relating to performance) and the commentary on the new Swiss Federal Act on Civil Procedure (section intervention, joinder, litis denuntiatio).

- Rick Grove is the CEO of Rutter Associates, whose practice encompasses financial markets risk management and valuation advisory work for financial institutions, corporations and regulators in the Americas, Asia and Europe. He has acted as a consultant and expert on a variety of disputes being mediated, arbitrated or litigated in New York, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Stockholm and Taipei. Mr. Grove has spent 40 years working in the financial markets as both an investment banker (in the fixed income and derivatives business at Banque Paribas and the commodity derivatives business at Bank of America) and as lawyer (with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and London).
