Fabien Gélinas is a senior barrister and a full professor at McGill University, where he teaches international arbitration, and civil and common law contracts. A former Supreme Court law clerk, he holds a doctorate in law from the University of Oxford. Gélinas was formerly general counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and chair of the Canadian Arbitration Committee.
