Dr. Fan serves as the Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC). He has extensive knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region and is an experienced arbitrator. Over 200 arbitration proceedings have been conducted with him as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator under the rules of UNCITRAL, CAS, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB, CIETAC, etc.

Besides commercial arbitration, Dr. Fan has extensive experience in sports dispute resolution. He is a panel arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Council Member of the China Court of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS). He chaired the Arbitration Commission of the Chinese Football Association between 2019 and 2023 and served on the ad hoc panel of the 19th Asian Games that took place in Hangzhou in 2023.

Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he heads the Arbitration group and the Sports law sector. He is also the President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. He has some 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved in more than 260 arbitrations. Among various positions in arbitration associations, Xavier is the Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of some 80 books and articles.
