- Professor Albert Jan van den Berg is a partner at van den Berg Arbitration (Brussels, Belgium). He is Honorary President of ICCA, having served as President from 2014–2016. He is a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, Tsinghua University School of Law and University of Miami School of Law; Emeritus Professor (Arbitration Chair) at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He is Honorary President of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, and former Vice-President of the London Court of International Arbitration.
