He has acted in over 200 international arbitration proceedings, and has served as Vice President of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee, President of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Mexico, Member of the Panel of Arbitrators of ICSID, Member of the London Court of International Arbitration, Member of the Board of Directors of the AAA and as a Member of the ICC Court. In 1994 he founded and since teaches on the diploma course on arbitration co-organized by the Escuela Libre de Derecho and ICC México. Currently, he serves as President of ALARB and ICC Mexico and as a member of the ICCA Governing Board. He studied law at Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City and a PhD at Université de Paris 2, Sorbonne.

- Nathalie Voser is a founding partner of rothorn legal, Zurich. She regularly acts as counsel and arbitrator in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. She also advises on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes before state courts.
Nathalie is well known for her expertise in engineering and construction, energy related projects, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. She has considerable experience in research and development, distribution and license agreements, joint ventures as well as M&A disputes. She is regularly appointed as arbitrator, including as chair, in high-stakes commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.
Nathalie has also authored several arbitration-related articles and a leading textbook on arbitration, which appeared in its 5th edition in 2024.
