Stephen S. Strick is a US based full-time independent arbitrator and mediator who has served as the presiding chair, co- or sole arbitrator on more that 350 international and US seated ADR matters since 1982 when, in his early 30s, he was appointed to the American Arbitration Associations Commercial Panel of Neutrals. Stephen maintains a full-time practice and is listed as a neutral on the rosters of most major ADR provider organizations.

- Peter Thorp is an independent arbitrator based in Paris. He has conducted arbitrations under a wide range of rules and subject to many different systems of law.
