- Anandini Saha is an Indian-qualified lawyer with an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. She previously served as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague and is currently Programme Officer (Research) with the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), in association with the PCA. Her professional interests lie in investment-treaty and international commercial arbitration. She is based in The Hague and, outside of work, is a devoted dog lover.

- Prof. Patricia Saiz acts as president, party-appointed and sole arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. She has been recognised in a number of rankings, particularly by Chambers 2025 (Band 1 Spain), Lexology 2025, Leaders League – Spain’s Best Arbitrators 2025.
Prof. Patricia Saiz is also a faculty member at ESADE Law School, where she teaches commercial and investment arbitration. In addition, she is a professor at the CIDS/MIDS and a lecturer at Columbia Law School’s U.S. Business Law Academy.
