- Victoria Shannon Sahani is a Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law and previously served as the Associate Provost for Community and Inclusion at Boston University. Silja also advises and represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings in Switzerland, in particular in connection with actions to set aside Swiss arbitral awards. She holds a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London and the University of Geneva; an LLM from Columbia University; and a law degree and a postgraduate degree from the University of Geneva

- Lawrence Schaner serves as an arbitrator in international and domestic cases. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration, and Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches international arbitration.
