Lucy is a member of the Board of the Register for Damages Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine. From 2016-2019, Lucy was the Director of the Centre for International Law and Professor of Practice at the National University of Singapore and, before her retirement in 2016, led the global international arbitration group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. - Michele focuses on commercial and investment arbitration and international litigation. He regularly assists and advises Italian and foreign clients in complex arbitrations on contracts involving private and public parties and different sets of rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, EDF). Michele has acquired a specific experience in construction disputes and in FIDIC contracts where he assists clients from the preparation of claims to the Engineer, to adjudication before DABs and arbitration. As to investment treaty arbitration, Michele is currently co-representing foreign investors in UNCITRAL proceedings on a renewable energy dispute and, int e past, he represented two groups of Italian bondholders in two ICSID arbitrations against the Republic of Argentina.

Coordinated the Part II, devoted to international arbitraiton, of the Commentario breve al diritto dell’arbitrato interno e internazionale, Cedam, Padova, 2010, (co-edited by Luca Radicati di Brozolo, Massimo Benedettelli and Claudio Consolo).

- Prof. Dr. Klaus Sachs is a senior partner at CMS Hasche Sigle and an honorary professor on international arbitration law at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich. He has more than 25 years of experience as chairman, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and counsel in more than 250 national and international arbitrations concerning commercial and investment disputes. He is a member of the Council of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is a former Vice President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, a former Vice President of the London Court of International Arbitration and a former member of the Board of ICCA. He is a co-editor of the German Arbitration Journal.

- Marieta Safta is Professor Hab. Ph.D. at the Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law, and Member of the Doctoral School of Law within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She has been an Assistant Magistrate at the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) since 2003, being the First Assistant Magistrateof the same Court between 2010-2022. She was a liaison officer of the CCR at the Venice Commission between 2012-2017 and held the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Justice between 2017-2018. Marieta Safta is a founding member and co-editor of the Revista de drept constituțional/Constitutional Law Review published by Universul Juridic Pubishing House and member of the IACL - The International Association of Constitutional Law, member of ELI- European Law Institute, member of the Romanian Association

She previously served as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague and is currently Programme Officer (Research) with the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), in association with the PCA.
