Dr Olena Perepelynska is a Partner and Head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES law firm in Kyiv, Ukraine.
With over 20 years of experience in international arbitration, she has participated in more than 230 proceedings – primarily related to Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia – as arbitrator, counsel, legal expert, and in institutional roles.

Ms. Prodigalidad is a Senior Partner of ACCRALAW, a full-service and institutional law firm in the Philippines. Since 2022, Ms. Prodigalidad has served as the Firm’s first female Managing Partner. Though an active litigator, Ms. Prodigalidad is also an accomplished ADR practitioner. She penned the first emergency arbitrator decision in a commercial arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. In addition, she is an arbitrator of the Philippine Construction Industry Arbitration Commission and Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution. She is the sole female accredited Philippine arbitrator of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. She is the alternate court member (Philippines) in the ICC Court of Arbitration. She sits on the OADR Advisory Council of the Philippines.

Tom Christopher Pröstler is a partner with CMS in Berlin and Hong Kong. With over a decade of experience, Tom advises his clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes involving a wide range of applicable laws. He primarily acts in international arbitration proceedings under all major arbitration rules and seated in forums all around the world. In addition, he advises on arbitration related court proceedings, transnational litigations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He also serves as arbitrator.

Prof. Dr Michael Pryles was the Founder President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration and Chairman of the Board of SIAC. Prior to that he was President of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration and the founding President of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group. He also served as a Commissioner of the United Nations Compensation Commission and a Court member of the London International Court of Arbitration. For his services to international arbitration we was appointed an Officer in the Order of Australia. For several years he was also a member of the Australian Government delegation to the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
