I am a dual qualified (England & Wales and Russia) international arbitration lawyer currently based in Dubai. Before relocating to the Middle East, I spent some 14 years in Moscow representing clients before Russian and foreign courts, and international arbitral tribunals. My practice spans commercial, joint venture, M&A, financial and construction disputes, often with some nexus to Russia and other CIS countries.

I have acted as the lead counsel in numerous arbitration under the ICC, SCC, LCIA, SIAC and ICAC Rules, governed by English, Swiss, Swedish, Dutch, French, German, Canadian, Russian and Cyprus law. I have conducted my own advocacy in Russian and English, including cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses before common law, civil law and mixed tribunals. I also sit as an arbitrator in domestic and international cases.
