- James Nicholson has consulted for over 25 years on matters of finance, strategy, and economics. Since 2005, his work has primarily involved acting as an expert witness on issues of the identification and valuation of lost profits, and the valuation of businesses, financial assets including shareholdings, and other assets, and of wasted costs.
He has testified 60 times before the high courts of the Cayman Islands, England and Wales, Malaysia, and Singapore, and before the Singapore International Commercial Court and commercial and investment treaty arbitration tribunals.

- Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko is a senior partner in SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. He heads its Litigation Department and is a regular member of its Executive Committee.
Mr. Ongkiko earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1984, magna cum laude, and his Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1988, cum laude and Class Salutatorian. He earned his Masters of Laws from the University of Michigan in 1992.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) . - Emilia Onyema is Professor of International Commercial Law at SOAS University of London. She is qualified to practice law in Nigeria, as a Solicitor in England & Wales and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator. She teaches international commercial arbitration and international investment law; convenes the SOAS Arbitration in Africa conference series; and leads the Arbitration in Africa biennial survey research project.
