Dário Moura Vicente is a Full Professor (Catedrático) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he obtained his PhD in Law cum laude and his Agrégation, and where he has taught, over the past 30 years, Civil Law (General Theory and Law of Obligations), Comparative Law, Private International Law, International Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law. He was admitted to the Portuguese Bar (Ordem dos Advogados) in 1987.
