- Kieran is a dual-qualified (England & Wales / New
York) disputes specialist in international arbitration and complex cross-border litigation and Head of Gateley’s Cross-Border Disputes Group. He has a particular focus on the intersection of private and public international law and highly regulated industries, including mining, energy, technology and financial services.
Kieran has acted as Counsel in over 100 international arbitrations, including several ISDS cases advising sovereigns and state owned entities on a range of high-value, strategically important and politically sensitive disputes. - Dr. Michael Moser practices as an international arbitrator with 20 Essex Street Chambers and is a Chartered arbitrator and Fellow of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a current board member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and a Commission Member of CIETAC. He is an Honorary Past Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and a past member of the LCIA Court and of the Stockholm SCC Arbitration Institute Board. He is the author of many books and articles, co-editor of The Asia Arbitration Handbook (Oxford Univ. Press, 2011) and former General Editor of the Journal of International Arbitration.

- Dário Moura Vicente is a Full Professor (Catedrático) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he obtained his PhD in Law cum laude and his Agrégation, and where he has taught, over the past 30 years, Civil Law (General Theory and Law of Obligations), Comparative Law, Private International Law, International Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law. He was admitted to the Portuguese Bar (Ordem dos Advogados) in 1987.
Has participated as Presiding Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator and Party-Appointed Arbitrator, as well as Counsel and Legal Expert, in more than 50 domestic and international arbitrations (ad hoc, Centro de Arbitragem Comercial, ICC, ICSID, NAI, WIPO and OHADA) relating to issues of, inter alia, Contract Law, Construction Law, Corporate Law, and Foreign Investment Law.

- Founding partner of Mourre Chessa Le Lay Arbitration, has served as counsel, President of the Tribunal, Co-Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator or Expert in more than 350 international arbitrations, both ad hoc and before most international arbitral institutions (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ICDR, SIAC, SCC, DIAC, VIAC, etc.). He established his own arbitration practice in May 2015, after having founded Castaldi Mourre & Partners in 1996. Vlad has lectured extensively on a variety of legal subjects, to business leaders, judges, practitioners and students, on the African continent and beyond. Vlad also regularly acts as a Judge of the High Court of South Africa. Vlad is recognised as an expert in arbitration by Legal 500, Chambers Global and Best Lawyers. He also heads the dispute resolution team which won the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year Award at the African Legal Awards in 2020.
