- Maria Chiara is Full Professor of International law in Italy. She was President of UNIDROIT until 2025. She is senior legal advisor to the World Bank on legal reform of payment systems, financial markets, and governance, and to the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs on trade matters. An international arbitrator for commercial disputes and foreign direct investments included in various rosters, she supports the General Attorney’s Office of Italy in the procedures opened against Italy as for international investment law. - Ali Malek KC is a leading barrister in England and Wales specialising in all aspects of commercial law. He has substantial experience in international arbitration both as counsel and as an arbitrator. He has been appointed as arbitrator in disputes under many institutional rules including HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA and SIAC.

- Carole Malinvaud is a partner at Gide Paris where she co-heads the international arbitration activity of the firm and chairs the Gide Pro Bono endowment fund. Carole is a member of the Paris and New York Bars.
Carole has recently been focusing on arbitrations relating to construction, energy and defence, as well as post acquisition disputes. She also acts as arbitrator in several ICC and ICSID arbitrations.
