- Mursal Maulana, S.H., M.H., is a legal scholar at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, where he has been teaching since 2018. - Richard McLaren is an Officer of the Order of Canada, one of the country’s highest civilian distinctions. It recognizes exceptional achievement, service and contribution to the country and the international community. He is Counsel to McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP and a Professor of Law at Western University in London, Ontario. An internationally recognized expert in sports law and arbitration, Professor McLaren is involved in the adjudication of sports-related disputes at both the amateur and professional level. She was the former Deputy Chairman and a Non-Executive Director, HSBC Asia Pacific Board, a former Member of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal and former Vice-President and member of the LCIA. She was also a member of the Committee on Corporate Governance formed by SEBI, the Godrej Committee on Corporate Governance and of the Reserve Bank of India Committee on Comprehensive Financial Services for Small Businesses and Low-Income Households.

- Matthew is an experienced dispute resolver and has been appointed in over 900 construction and engineering disputes as either adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner, Conflict or Dispute Avoidance Panel/Board member. These disputes have concerned a number of high profile projects both within the UK and overseas, and have involved complex technical and legal issues in a variety of sectors, including education, private and public housing, offices, hotels and leisure, sports stadia, roads and infrastructure, utilities, energy and process engineering.
Matthew is on the FIDIC’s President’s List of adjudicators, is on the CIArb panel of construction arbitrators, the RICS select panel of construction and engineering arbitrators and has been appointed by the ICC and DIFC-LCIA (now DIFC) in relation to international arbitrations.

He is also a Course Director/Tutor for the RICS Diploma in Adjudication, acts as moderator and assessor for the RICS Diploma in Arbitration (Domestic and International), External Examiner for the MSc/LLM Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at Leeds Beckett University and also Chairs Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Fellowship and Chartered Arbitrator assessment panels for the RICS and CIArb.
