- Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and at public institutions. Judith has sat as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in disputes at the ICC, PCA, ICSID, SIAC, ACICA, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC and CAS. Now based in Sydney, Judith worked for over a decade at the PCA in The Hague where, as Senior Legal Counsel, she administered some of the world’s most complex disputes. From 2003-2008, she practised in the arbitration group of White & Case in New York. Earlier, Judith served as a judicial fellow at the ICJ, advisor to the Australian Attorney-General, and a judge's associate at the High Court of Australia. A global thought leader in Who’s Who Legal, at the 2025 Australian ADR Awards, Judith entered the Arbitrator Hall of Fame

- Julian is a full-time arbitrator in international commercial and investment disputes. He accepts appointments as arbitrator in international commercial and investment disputes.
He has been involved with international arbitration for more than 40 years as an academic, counsel and arbitrator. Before 2005, Julian was a partner and, for some years, the head of the international arbitration practice group of Herbert Smith.
He is Professor of International Arbitration and Head of the School of International Arbitration, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. He has held these positions since the School’s creation in 1985.

- LIM Wei Lee is the Deputy Head of the firm’s Banking & Financial Disputes Practice and a Partner in the International Arbitration Practice.
Her main areas of practice involve arbitration and litigation across a wide range of matters including banking and financial services disputes, commercial and investment disputes, and fraud and regulatory investigations. Wei Lee also sits as arbitrator and is a Fellow of the CIArb.
Wei Lee is a Council member of the International Chamber of Commerce Institute of World Business Law, and a member of the Advisory Committee of The Law Society of Singapore’s Professional Conduct Council.

- Maria Chiara is Full Professor of International law in Italy. She was President of UNIDROIT until 2025. She is senior legal advisor to the World Bank on legal reform of payment systems, financial markets, and governance, and to the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs on trade matters. An international arbitrator for commercial disputes and foreign direct investments included in various rosters, she supports the General Attorney’s Office of Italy in the procedures opened against Italy as for international investment law. She has been legal assistant and chief of cabinet at the European Court of Justice, and senior expert at the ECB. She currently practices as an attorney in Rome and Milan. Dr. Malaguti holds degrees in law and in economics, an LLM from Harvard Law School and a PhD from the EUI. She has various publications.

- Ali Malek KC is a leading barrister in England and Wales specialising in all aspects of commercial law. He has substantial experience in international arbitration both as counsel and as an arbitrator. He has been appointed as arbitrator in disputes under many institutional rules including HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA and SIAC.
Mr Malek KC obtained his MA and BCL at Keble College, Oxford University and was called to the Bar in 1980 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996.
He is a bencher of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, a Recorder of the Crown Court and is authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Commercial Court. He is a past Treasurer of Gray’s Inn, a former Chairman of the Commercial Bar Association and a former Head of Chambers at 3 Verulam Buildings.
