- Bartosz Krużewski is an advocate, a partner at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance and the head of the litigation practice in Warsaw and Continental Europe. Between November 2019 and June 2023, she was the Representative of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in Mauritius, assisting with the implementation of the Mauritius International Arbitration Act and with the promotion of Mauritius as a venue for international arbitration and PCA services throughout the African region.
Prior to joining the PCA, Andrea worked as a practicing lawyer for nearly five years at an international law firm in Paris, France, participating in the representation of States and companies in arbitration procedures under the aegis of the ICC, PCA and ICSID, as well as in domestic French law procedures related to arbitral awards and international private law matters.

- Dr. William Leung, the founder of William KW Leung & Co (www.jwlw.com) in Hong Kong, has been a practicing solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR since 1988. In 2016, Mr. Leung was granted the status of Solicitor Advocate in Hong Kong, having higher right of audience to appear and make submissions in any higher courts in Hong Kong. He obtained a Master of Law degree in 1988 from University of London and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Hong Kong in 1992. - Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and at public institutions. Judith has sat as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in disputes at the ICC, PCA, ICSID, SIAC, ACICA, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC and CAS. - Julian is a full-time arbitrator in international commercial and investment disputes. He accepts appointments as arbitrator in international commercial and investment disputes.
He has been involved with international arbitration for more than 40 years as an academic, counsel and arbitrator. Before 2005, Julian was a partner and, for some years, the head of the international arbitration practice group of Herbert Smith.
He is Professor of International Arbitration and Head of the School of International Arbitration, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. He has held these positions since the School’s creation in 1985.
