Since 1 January 2022, Niamh Leinwather has taken office as the new Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). Of Irish origin, Niamh has both a common and civil law background (Bachelor of Civil Law, University College Dublin, Mag.iur., University of Vienna, Master of European Studies, University of Vienna). She was the first Irish woman to be admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2013 and has over a decade of experience in international dispute resolution at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna where she acted as both counsel and arbitrator. Since February 2023, Niamh has taken office as Secretary Treasurer of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI).

John C. Lenzen, FCIArb is a former coverage litigator, claims professional and in-house counsel with more than 25 years experience. His roles with ACE and later Chubb included General Counsel to several Bermuda insurance and reinsurance companies, General Counsel to and Head of Claims for Bermuda and Dublin, and 15 years as Worldwide Head of Litigation and Chief Litigation Counsel, Global Claims.

John has personally resolved countless commercial contract matters and disputes, including under bespoke commercial insurance and reinsurance contracts. The matters for which he was directly responsible typically involved US$100 million or more, and were invariably subject to international arbitration clauses.

Dr. William Leung, the founder of William KW Leung & Co (www.jwlw.com) in Hong Kong, has been a practicing solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR since 1988. In 2016, Mr. Leung was granted the status of Solicitor Advocate in Hong Kong, having higher right of audience to appear and make submissions in any higher courts in Hong Kong. Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and at public institutions. Judith has sat as presiding, sole and co-arbitrator in disputes at the ICC, PCA, ICSID, SIAC, ACICA, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC and CAS. Now based in Sydney, Judith worked for over a decade at the PCA in The Hague where, as Senior Legal Counsel, she administered some of the world’s most complex disputes. From 2003-2008, she practised in the arbitration group of White & Case in New York. Earlier, Judith served as a judicial fellow at the ICJ, advisor to the Australian Attorney-General, and a judge's associate at the High Court of Australia. LIM Wei Lee is the Deputy Head of the firm’s Banking & Financial Disputes Practice and a Partner in the International Arbitration Practice.

Her main areas of practice involve arbitration and litigation across a wide range of matters including banking and financial services disputes, commercial and investment disputes, and fraud and regulatory investigations. Wei Lee also sits as arbitrator and is a Fellow of the CIArb.
