He has served as Chief Justice of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, a Judicial Commissioner (Contract Judge for a fixed period) of the High Court of Singapore, a member of the Court of Cassation in the Kingdom of Bahrain, President of the Law Society of Singapore and Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Switzerland and Argentina.
