This Volume of the ICCA Reports publishes the Report of the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third-Party Funding. The Task Force set out to systematically study and make recommendations regarding the procedures, ethics, and policy issues relating to third-party funding in international arbitration. This Volume of the ICCA Reports Series presents the Task Force’s findings and recommendations. The Task Force was comprised of representatives drawn from among all relevant stakeholders and interested members of ICCA.
