The ICCA Panel of Experts Host COP28 Side Events

The ICCA Panel of Experts presented and discussed the Draft Annex at two side events at COP28. The first event, on 3 December 2023, was titled “The Paris Agreement Conciliation Annex: Another Arrow in the Global Quiver for Responding Effectively to Climate Change”. The second event, on 5 December 2023, was titled: “Experts Panel: Developing the International Climate Regime through Conciliation and Compensation.”
