ICCA Launches Updated Drafting Sourcebook – Kigali Special Edition 2025

ICCA is pleased to announce the release of the Kigali Special Edition 2025 of the ICCA Drafting Sourcebook for Logistical Matters in Procedural Orders and Checklist: First Procedural Order, launched in conjunction with the ICCA-KIAC Conference in Kigali.

 

This revised edition reflects developments in the handling of logistical matters in arbitral proceedings since the original ICCA Drafting Sourcebook’s publication in 2015. New topics include artificial intelligence, disability accommodations, remote hearings, electronic case management platforms, and the publication of awards. An updated annex, Useful Resources, is also included for further reading.
