Dominique Hascher appointed to Cour de cassation

ICCA Governing Board Member Judge Dominique Hascher will be appointed to the Bench of the French Supreme Judicial Court (Cour de cassation) on 27 November 2012. Judge Hascher previously served as Presiding Judge of the Court of Appeal and was appointed to ICCA's Governing Board in June of this year.
