Call for expressions of interest: ICCA Protocols for Fair and Efficient Arbitration

ICCA has launched a new Taskforce under the leadership of ICCA Secretary General Kevin (Kap-You) Kim, aimed at developing standard protocols for many of the common logistical aspects of arbitral proceedings. ICCA members who wish to form part of this Taskforce are asked to e-mail secretariat@arbitration-icca.org by 30 May.

ICCA Updates Congress Bidding FAQs and Guidelines

ICCA has released an updated version of its Congress Bidding Frequently Asked Questions document, which is now available on the ICCA website. The revised FAQs are designed to support prospective hosts by providing practical guidance and logistical information as they prepare bids to host the XXIXth ICCA Congress, to be held in 2030.
