ICCA ELECTS NEW VICE PRESIDENTS AND SECRETARY GENERAL

At its annual meeting in Rio de Janeiro, the ICCA Council elected three new Vice Presidents and a new Secretary General. The new Vice Presidents are Guillermo Agular-Alvarez, Teresa Cheng and Alexander Komarov. They replace Donald Donovan, Michael Hwang and Ivan Szasz. The new Secretary General is Kevin Kim, who succeeds Antonio Parra.

It is with sadness and gratitude that we reflect on the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Carlos Nehring who passed away on 26 March 2024 at the age of 89.

Rapporteurs will monitor and regularly report on court decisions within the relevant jurisdiction.

As ICCA begins to look forward to what is to come in 2024, with the ICCA Hong Kong Congress at the forefront, I take this opportunity to reflect on all that ICCA has achieved over the course of 2023, my first year as ICCA President.
