Prof. Dr. Bernard Hanotiau is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars. He is a founding partner of Hanotiau & van den Berg. He is professor emeritus of the law school of Louvain University (Belgium). He is a member of the Council of the ICC Institute. Hon Paul Heath KC was called to the New Zealand Bar in 1978 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1998. In March 2002, after serving for five years as a consultant (two years) and member (three years) of the New Zealand Law Commission, Paul was appointed as a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand. Between 2003 and 2017, he sat as an ad hoc member of the Court of Appeal on numerous occasions, on both the Civil Appeal Division and Criminal Appeal Division. Paul was also a Commercial List Judge and a member of the Commercial Panel of the High Court when he retired from the Bench in April 2018. Paul is now a member of Bankside Chambers, Auckland and Singapore, and practises as an international and domestic arbitrator. He is a panel member for SIAC, HKIAC, ACICA, AIAC , P.R .I.M.E. Finance and AMINZ

Hilary Heilbron QC now focuses on international arbitration sitting as an international arbitrator in major cases all over the world both under the main arbitral institutions and ad hoc with some 130 appointments and bringing to bear her earlier wealth of experience of major commercial and arbitral disputes as counsel under many foreign laws, such as appearing in the UK Supreme Court in Dallah Real Estate Tourism Holding Co v Government of Pakistan. She has recently been a member of various international task forces on current topics in international arbitration including on damages in arbitration and data protection in arbitration and is a former member of the LCIA Court and the ICC UK Arbitration and ADR Committee.
