Several of the videos above are footage from conferences organised by the groupYoung Arbitration Practitioners (YAP). YAP is an informal network open to any young arbitration practitioners organisation or individual young arbitration practitioners worldwide. There is no membership in YAP.  Since it was created in 2003, nine global YAP conferences and networking events have been held, in Paris, Geneva, Cologne, Miami, Montreal, Brussels, Dublin and Rio de Janeiro.  YAP is co-chaired by Philippe Bärtsch (philippe.baertsch@swlegal.ch) and Emmanuel Jacomy  (ejacomy@shearman.com).
