Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop
"Witness Evidence in International Arbitration"

We are pleased to invite you to attend an exciting Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop taking place from 2 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday 16 November 2018 at PLMJ Advogados, SP, RL, Av. da Liberdade 224, Lisbon, Portugal
 
The topic of the workshop is “Witness Evidence in International Arbitration”.

The first panel will discuss the basics of witness evidence and, particularly, witness statements in international arbitration. The second panel will address witnesses in hearings and includes a “Demo Cross Examination” with immediate feedback.

Application and Registration: There are 40 spots available to attend the event and 20 spots are reserved to Young ICCA Members. Attendance is cost-free. All participants are expected to bear their costs of transportation to, from and within Lisbon, as well as incidental expenses. Participants are responsible for any necessary visa arrangements.

Thanks to our sponsor PLMJ Advogados SP, RL, we will provide accommodation for 12 Young ICCA members on the night of Friday 16 November at Hotel Lisboa, Rua Barata Salgueiro nº 5, 1169-066 Lisbon. Only Young ICCA members travelling from outside Lisbon will be eligible to apply for accommodation. Accommodation will be given on a first come first served basis.
